Villa Xanadu is located on Jamaica' s North Coast in Runaway Bay the parish of St.Ann's. The Villa is a forty minute drive from Sangster's International Airport in Montego Bay and twenty minutes from Ochio Rios. Villa Xanadu offers private beach access and sits across from 18 -hole championship golf.
The great advantage of being located on Jamaica's north coast is the constant cool breeze that is felt from being within such proximity to the Caribbean Sea.
Our summer months are from April to September. Winter months are October to March. Jamaica has a tropical season and the climate is about 80° F year round. Our rainy season begins October and ends in January. Our warmest months are July to September with temperatures in the mid to high 90° F.

The Villa offers three master bedroom suites; each complete with air conditioner, ceiling fan, vanity and bath areas. The spacious living and dining rooms are complete with wrap-around veranda, private pool and gazebo, ideal for lounging or hosting private events.

At Villa Xanadu, our dedicated and friendly staff awaits your arrival. Our House Manager will be on hand to assist with house keeping; grocery shopping, cooking and any personal requests. Our Gardner ensures that the property and pool are maintained at all times.
Amenities include but not limited to yoga classes, masseuse, personal driver and hair braiding stylist.
